Pritchett Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Project
Project Team Members Roles/Responsibilities
The Constantine Group (TCG) was contracted to serve as the Program Management Consultant for this Project. TCG is responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the construction of the Arbennie Pritchett WRF, construction of the RIB system, decommissioning of the existing Garniers WWTP, collection system modifications, regulatory permitting, and management of any outside
consultants.
HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR) was contracted to serve as the consultant to develop the DCP as required by the CCNA and to provide consulting services during construction for the new WRF. HDR has worked with TCG, the County, and representatives of the Florida Department of
Environmental Protection (FDEP), Pensacola Office to prepare
the DCP and the other D-B contract documents.
CDM Constructors, Inc. (CDM) was contracted to serve as the Design-Builder for the new Arbennie Pritchett WRF Project. CDM is responsible for the design, construction, startup, and performance of the new WRF. CDM will coordinate with TCG, HDR, the County, and other consultants during the construction of the new WRF.
Polyengineering of Florida, Inc. (Poly) was contracted to serve as the consultant to develop the design drawings and specifications for the new RIB disposal system. Poly also is providing inspection services during construction for the new RIBs.
Gallet & Associates, Inc. (Gallet) was contracted to serve as the Geotechnical Consultant for the new Arbennie Pritchett WRF Project. Gallet was responsible for the geotechnical exploration of the site, for advising the other team members as to design constraints regarding the project site, and for geotechnical engineering regarding the RIBs. Gallet will coordinate with TCG, CDM, the County, and other consultants during the construction of the new WRF.
