Project Team Members Roles/Responsibilities

The Constantine Group (TCG) was contracted to serve as the Program Management Consultant for this Project. TCG is responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the construction of the Arbennie Pritchett WRF, construction of the RIB system, decommissioning of the existing Garniers WWTP, collection system modifications, regulatory permitting, and management of any outside consultants.

Okaloosa Water and Sewer Construction (OCWS) Crews have taken on the responsibility of constructing the piping modifications required to connect the new Arbennie Pritchett WRF to the new Garniers Re-pumping Station. This includes procurement and staging of equipment and materials, scheduling and performing the construction.
