Garniers Re-Pumping Station Project
Project Team Members Roles/Responsibilities
The Constantine Group (TCG) was contracted to serve as the Program Management Consultant for this Project. TCG is responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the construction of the Arbennie Pritchett WRF, construction of the RIB system, decommissioning of the existing Garniers WWTP, collection system modifications, regulatory permitting, and management of any outside
consultants.
HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR) was contracted to serve as the design engineer for the project and will develop the contract bid documents for the project. HDR also will provide consulting services during construction for the new station.
Gallet & Associates, Inc. (Gallet) was contracted to serve as the Geotechnical Consultant for the new Re-Pumping Station and was responsible for the geotechnical exploration of the site, for advising the other team members as to design constraints regarding the project site. Gallet will coordinate with TCG, CDM, the County, and other consultants during the construction of the new WRF.
Speegle Construction of Niceville Florida was awarded the contract to construct the Garniers Re-pumping Station. Speegle specializes in mid to large size Government, State and local municipal projects. Revenues have exceeded $350 M since the company’s inception. Types of facilities constructed include schools, dormitories, post offices, administrative offices, command and control buildings, court houses, pre-engineered metal buildings, libraries and gymnasiums. The company also performs site work, underground utility and waste water treatment plant projects.
